Headaches

What are Headaches?

Headache symptoms depend on the type of headache. Typically headaches are slow to come on, hurt on both side of the head, the pain is dull or tight/vice like, involve the back of the head or neck and are mild to moderate.

As some types of headaches such as tension or cluster headaches can be secondary to tension in the neck muscles or neck pain, our team can help with advice on treatment and exercises.

Migraines – Migraines can give headaches or head pains but often involve other symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, sensitivity to light and visual symptoms. Migraines usually have distinct phases but not all people experience all these phases.
