What are Sports Injuries?
Sports injuries occur during exercise or while participating in a sport. You are more at risk of a sports injury if you are not normally active, don’t warm up or stretch before exercise or with contact sports. But can also occur gradually from bad habits while exercising, due to stress from existing injuries or because of postural imbalances.
